Eight years ago, ImageOut audiences met Brian, a total catch who somehow was still single. His mother, Mae, and Aunt Rose tried to play matchmaker, but each attempt was, in Mae’s words, “a swing and a miss.” Things changed once Mae and Rose realized Brian batted for the other team. Following a trip to the local gay bar, and with the assistance of the Lady Fantasia Extravaganza, Brian found love with Chase.

Now Brian and Chase are 48 hours away from getting married, and you’re invited! Unfortunately, thanks to some well-intentioned but ill-advised meddling by Mae and Rose, so is Chase’s mom, Irene, who rejected Chase upon his coming out. Irene shows up under the mistaken belief that Chase has changed and is marrying a woman. But when she learns the truth, she is hell-bent on preventing this “satanic celebration of perversion” from taking place. In addition to thwarting the efforts of “Attilla the Nun” to stop the wedding, Brian and Chase have to overcome their own differences and their pasts. Brian’s bachelor party consisted of himself and his fellow teachers going out for fondue; Chase’s bachelor party has its own underwear sponsor! Opposites attract, but can they stick together?

This sweet, funny film might feature a different cast from the original, but it has the same heart that made the first film so popular. And if that’s not enough, there are strippers, female impersonators, and …female impersonator impersonators! And “never underestimate a drag queen with a hot glue gun.”

Keith Hartman | Writer/Director

Keith Hartman is an award-winning novelist and filmmaker who lives in Los Angeles. You can find out all his dirty little secrets at Keith-Hartman.com.

Tyler Richmeier | Actor

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Tyler Richmeier (Brian) is excited to be debuting in his first feature-length film. Tyler’s introduction to acting began on stage, primarily focusing on theater. He graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Performing Arts, changing his focus to on-camera work toward the end of his college career. After moving to Los Angeles, he continued his training in LA at AMAW, UCB, and (currently) Margie Haber Studios. He’s very thankful to have had the opportunity to work on this project. He has nothing but great things to say about the cast and crew and he believes the film itself brings up some important conversations.

Emory Duncan | Actor

Emory was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He began his career as an actor in the cast of the Texas Renaissance Festival and was consistently acting in community plays and musicals by age 14. He starred in his high school’s senior musical production of Footloose as Ren McCormack, inspiring him to pursue both acting and music full time. Emory graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Radio, Television, and Film, before moving to Los Angeles the following day. Emory is also an independent musician and recording artist. He currently sings and plays guitar in the indie/alt rock band, The Recents.
